It’s hard to keep up with this sometimes.

I originally had a post waxing lyrical about The Assembly Rooms being up for sale.

Then it quickly got bought.

But now it’s back on the market.

So either it is

  1. The surveyor realised it was built on a cursed burial ground
  2. The venue didn’t fit as expected and they returned it to the place of purchase within 14 days
  3. The books and business plan as a going concern were not up to scratch

Now out of all these, I think it’s number 1.
