What can I say about Filthy McNastys? 

Let’s keep it factual I suppose.

The former Dempsey’s Crevice has been a blight on Belfast nightlife for decades, renowned for having a questionable door policy and questionable door staff closed in the early 00s.

Only to spring back into life as the first Filthy McNastys.. Filthys, as the youngins call it.. maintained the questionable door policy but went for the Dead Granny House Clearance decor.

A few years later the neighbouring building caught fire/ got demolished so it could become a repurposed car park called Filthys Yard.

Filthys have now put in a planning application to clear the entire site( a sizeable plot) to turn it into more student accommodation and a new bar.

So a new bar, but with yet more student accommodation.

One of those things Belfast does not need
