Fuck me, another new bar in Belfast. I mean it seems like every other week a new bar is opening adding to an already diverse and energetic nightlife.

Sorry, I turned into Hospitality Ulster there.

The Maverick pub in Belfasts Pink Triangle has taken a leaf out of Lavery’s book and by opening The Reporter,  a craft ale bar, attached to the main Maverick pub.

I’m assuming it is taking its name from the nearby Newsletter offices. I haven’t drunk down that neck of Belfast for decades and I suspect it will have another 3 or 4 rebrands by the time I’m next down there later this year.
