Imagine my excitement when I heard about an actual new bar in Belfast.. Like a proper new bar.. Not only that but it was to have proper taps.

So after ‘some’ digging I thought I had it sorted, it was to be a back bar at the huge Chinese restaurant on Botanic Avenue, it was gonna be awesome.

Then I found it on social media and it was just a change of use of the Town Square nightclub.

With a Chinese takeaway added to it.

When it finally launched, the brewery tap-looking bar was just the usual Belfast slop.

The clientele are of the Fake tan pouty sorts.

The Chinese takeaway has closed in 8 months novelty written all over it.

If I’m honest, it looks a bit shit
