A cargo container village is set to open, this time south of the water in Seaburn, Sunderland.

The company behind the infinitely forgettable STACK on Pilgrim Street’ have applied to build a similar venture in Seaburn. The development will be mixed use of retail, food and drink.

Despite my personal dislike of STACK, it has proved incredibly popular and the new development will benefit Seaburn immensely by increasing footfall in the area and providing opportunities for smaller business with well priced retail space in a prime location.
