Freezing your balls off in the rain is the latest trend in boozers in Newcastle. If you ever wanted to drink on a flat roof next to an extractor fan, Fenwicks is the place to go.

Fenwicks, of all places, have opened a Cafe and Cocktail bar on their roof on Northumberland street. Fenwicks is very posh (though to be fair, I think Herons is a bit upmarket) and they have a number of exceptional eateries in store.  I imagine this will be no different- posh, expensive and I won’t drink in it.
