The people behind Hibou Blanc wish to turn The former Davisons jewellers on Grey street into the Grey Owl pub.

From what I can work out from the plans (Goddammit man! I’m a drunk! Not an architect) the rather cosy pub will cover two floors, with the first floor being a mezzanine level with more seating and a meeting room.

No indication yet if the license has been granted or when it’s likely to open, but it will be an interesting addition to a crowded corner of the town
