Sometimes it’s hard to keep track of pubs in Newcastle, the openings, the closings, the refurbs, the rebrands, and the renames. Zerox is one of them
In my youth it was North, then Science then Zerox, then …closed.
It is closed no more and has reopened as Tickets, taking its name from the former ticket office in which it is situated.
When it was North, it prided itself in its late license and its almost utilitarian cramped feel with the occasional disco ball thrown in for good measure.
Now?
Well it’s as far removed from that as you can imagine, dark wood throughout and looks pretty classy and somewhere I would drink again
