The number of pubs opening in the small seaside town of  Whitley Bay seems to be gathering pace and it will soon have more boozers than its 90’s heyday.

The latest new pub- to be called Home Bar- will be on Victoria Terrace and it promises to be a quiet relaxed lounge that offers cocktails and craft beer. So, pretty much what you would expect

The only difference is that it will close early on Sundays to try and avoid contributing to the alcohol problems the town experiences.
