We’re big fans of impressive-looking Victorian pubs, and the Hendon Granges – one of the few survivors of the slum clearances- has an impressive exterior and dominates Ocean Road.

Of course, it has the potential for change of use, but it’s one of the few remaining pubs in Hendon and it is well-positioned to make a killing as a bar when the new housing development is completed.
