It’s getting difficult to be pithy about all these new bars opening in the Bigg Market. It has pretty much everything you come to expect from these ‘stunning’, ‘unique’, ’boutique’ bars from the team that brought us other ‘stunning’, ‘unique’, ’boutique’ bars in town…

Mother Mercy- like all the others- offers prosecco and cocktails.

The article below has some accompanying pictures and it looks pleasant enough. I just think they have missed a trick by not making it a dark and proper whiskey bar.
