Whitley Bay- or as people who have never been there prefer to call it ‘The Paris of the North’- has been given the go-ahead for a new micropub. Hopefully, it will be open in time for Whitley Bays fashion week when the area is inundated with the global elite who come to get ahead of the curve on global fashion trends and enjoy a burger in the Wetherspoons.
