One of the new pubs in the increasingly popular area around the train station in Newcastle, just across the road from the head of steam, it is a large basement pub with a beer garden, the interior is clean, and large but has that generic, flat-pack thing going on, wood leather, nice lighting. Devoid of any character, no ales but the lager was cheap and pretty decent. Not half as offensive as it could have been
