My favourite wee pub in Newcastle at the very bottom of the quayside, above The Tyne, looks like a bit of a dump, but the beer garden is fantastic, looks down the Tyne and the large windows of the pub take advantage of the breathtaking view. Has all manner of local brews on which are generally of a high standard the jukebox is free. They don’t serve food but they do provide sandwiches from denes deli in cradle well
